San Luca Palace Hotel

This was a great find. The hotel was wonderful ( but i didn't like my pillow) and Lucca is just marvelous. I want to give the hotel and location great raves though i would prefer it to be the best kept secret. Wonderful medieval village and concierge Simon could not be more helpful. What a gentleman! Also. the breakfast was absolutely awesome!

San Luca Palace Hotel was very nice. The best part of it was that it had Disabled Accessible bathroom in my room. There was ample room for me to maneuver wheelchair safely. I really appreciated that I had my own accessible bathroom, and my husband had his own bathroom. The only downside about the bathroom is that it lacked safety grab bars. Luca was a lovely town to visit and wander. It's proximity to Florence and Pisa or ideal. I would definitely stay at that hotel and come back to visit Luca. (I may bring safety grab bars to gift the hotel when I visit again.)

Everything was very good at the hotel, and they had probably the best breakfast I’ve seen in Italy

Beautiful hotel with very spacious bedrooms. Location was perfect to explore Lucca. Breakfast had lots of options with very friendly waitress.

This is a great hotel right inside the walls of the city, very close to the city center but away from the noise and crowds. They have a small parking lot and we were able to reserve a space, which was very convenient! The only small issue we had was that the air conditioning wasn't working, but the receptionist was easily able to fix it from their computer. Breakfast was also very nice.

Beautiful hotel in lovely location, big room..but bar closed very early ( half 9) and night porter was very rude

This was a lovely hotel. Perfectly located to walk into the old part of Lucca or walk/cycle the walls. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and a welcome smile to return to.

Best place to stay in Luca. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Superb location too!
