We didn’t have hot water in the room, no soap and we had to ask for towel for the extra guest which I paid extra for. The charge you for everything extra and the service was not quite good.

"Beautiful hotel within the city walls."

This is a very nice hotel just inside the city walls, in an excellent location. The staff was very helpful and professional, and the junior suite I occupied was way beyond my expectations. Excellent breakfast with many good choices.

"Great location in an historic hotel"

From check in to check out - it was wonderful. This building dates back to 1514 - yet it has every convenience. The breakfast was also outstanding. It is convenient, and has parking. I would stay again in a minute!

No air conditioning. We have to open the windows to get some fresh air. This cause mosquitoes in the room!! Not good at all!!

Very nice hotel with excellent staff who were very friendly. Good location close to everything in town. The breakfast was great and they even have bikes for use.
