San Luca Palace Hotel

Wonderful hotel! Accommodations were perfect, and location in Lucca is excellent, with anything you need nearby. Hotel staff is excellent, very friendly, most accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The San Luca Palace is always a great place to stay. Warm friendly staff and berry accommodating in every way.

Nice property , easy parking , great breakfast , location is very walkable inside of the walls . The property was a bit dated , tired and was in need of some TLC , we did have a couple of issues with maintenance that took longer than we would like to try and resolve , bathroom cleanliness was poor especially now with COVID

Great hotel, exceptional staff, lovely room

Breakfast was outstanding! The pandemic-related ongoing restrictions have meant that many properties in Italy reduced their standards drastically when it comes to breakfast, appearing to see the required distancing as an opportunity to save money. Not this hotel! Elegant service, extensive menu and a cozy atmosphere made it the best breakfast experience of a two-week tour of Italy. Location is great, inside the walls. Staff was always pleasant and welcoming. Recommended!

A classic hotel inside the walls of Lucca with everything a pleasant stroll away. The staff was excellent and the rooms had simple elegant decor that reminds one of its name "palace "

Beautiful property with excellent location inside Lucca walls. Spacious, well appointed rooms. Very nice buffet breakfast. The staff were very helpful also.

I arrived late printer was not working, I entered the room and the toilet had water all underneath the sink. The covers smelled. Terrible experience, never again will I book a room here. I didn’t tell the front desk it was late I was very tired too deal with issue or to request different room.
