Good location 10 within the old city and accessible by the car. Great breakfast. Nice and clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Don't forget to use free bikes to ride around the city

Room was clean and very nice. A tad hot when we initially got there due to extreme outdoor temperature. Loved the interior decorating in the stairwell. Location of hotel was incredible. Breakfast that was included was also excellent! Highly recommend this hotel. It was just lovely.

The hotel is in a great location in Lucca. They had bikes for us to use for a ride around the city walls and it was a great experience for the family.

The front desk was immediately friendly, helpful, professional. We were offered bicycles to go around town which made things so much easier. The morning breakfast was great. We had a great time. Thank you San Luca Palace.

This is a lovely hotel close to one of the main squares in Lucca. The room was large and comfortable . The staff was unfailingly friendly and helpful.
