Manager at front desk general manager refused to give refund after told i was not staying because hotel was dirty and appliance not working properly tv in spanish im an american Asked owner to contact me asap via email mrdmstewart@gmail.com Spend your money at the holiday in down the road rather than here General manager needs to be replace with his condescending tone and attitude

"For the price $100 bucks, was okay"

bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff was okay but not the usual southern smile...just sayin.

constant noise in wall ( water pipes ?) thus room was not quiet, breakfast was horrible...( watered down juice, crap coffee, crappy oatmeal, etc.

The hotel was clean

When I checked in i asked front desk did I have to pay a deposit and she told me no. The next morning I was called and told I had to pay a deposit or I had to leave, let's not forget to mention she had me booked for 2 different rooms. I felt like they could have extended me grace because I had to find me somewhere else to go with little to no money because of their mishaps. Will not be staying there again..
