Services is really bad employee aren't good and price is expensive for Egypt and thair service

One of the best holiday we have had so far! I know may people have commented on how beautiful the grounds of this property is, but i need to reiterate that is wonderfully gorgeous. The staff could not do enough to ensure our comfort, they were so courteous, warm and welcoming. I travelled with my teenagers and we had a fantastic few days. Thanks to the hardworking staff at Jolie Luxor.

It is a beautiful area with convenience to dining, fitness, and swimming areas. Our group love the atmosphere and the services. The rooms are very spacious housekeeping does an excellent job. Highly recommend staying here.

A fantastic location right on the Nile. Beautiful gardens. The property is showing its age, furnishings are old, the decor showing its age. Staff are terrific and are happy to help if you need them. Definitely would stsy again.

Service and restourant is not good you have to waiting for food almost one hours

Nice resort with lots to do. The pools are fantastic. Communication prior to checkin to arrange airport pick ups wasn’t easy. Emails are not responded to, its better to call.

We had an amazing holiday at the Jolie Ville hotel & Spa. The resort more than exceeded our expectations. Great food with three restaurants to choose from. we loved the Ascot kings bar Eslam makes a great cocktail with a smile all the staff were excellent super helpful. Our trip started with the cleopatra bath at the wellbeing spa. The spa & Gym facility’s were very good. We booked our trips from the hotel reception with Alhassany travel & visited Vally of the Kings, Hatshepsut temple, TuTankhamun tomb & Colossi of Memnon the tour guide Mohammad was excellent, private transfers, well worth it. Our second excursion was the sunrise hot air ballon this was a breathtaking experience. A short trip on a boat down the Nile led us to Pharaohs stables were we rode camels & took a tour around the yard all the horses, donkeys, camels were well looked after and the owner was lovely. Fantastic holiday, great hotel, location would highly recommend, throughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is also in a great location, making it easy to access the town and many incredible Egyptian sites. Whether you're here for sightseeing or relaxation, this hotel is the perfect choice. I also have to mention the spa, which was a fantastic experience. Katrina and her two team members provided outstanding service, making it a truly relaxing and enjoyable visit. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

Where do you start with such a fabulous location?! I suppose at the beginning. This is my first trip to Egypt and with that Luxor! I originally wanted to stay in Cairo but ended up going for Luxor and I'm so glad that I did. Because getting the opportunity to stay on this beautiful island is THE perfect choice to escape the chaos of the modern world. You are far away from the the hustle and bustle of luxor and you get a chance to stay not on the nile but in it. As you pass through the security check point you drive over the bridge to the private island. After less than a five minute drive you arrive at the impressive court yard which has a beautiful fountain containing a statue of and Obelisks and four Spynx! You then head through reception and once checked in, are greeted by a quaint hexagonal pool and just beyond this is the River Nile. The hotel is split into sections, we stayed on the right side of the hotel in the bungalows. The room has everything you need for your stay but the walls are a little thin and unfortunately we're woken by the next door once or twice. This is my only niggle!I could not fault the rest of this trip and hotel. The service is second to none, from the bar and main restaurants to the pool side. Nothing was ever too much of an issue. We booked our excursions through the in house rep at reception and for a first time it was the best thing to do. We had it planed out and was able to do a tour day. This gave us plenty of opportunities to relax but still see the amazing sites of Luxor. We had a private tour guide with this and driver throughout who stayed with us the entire time for each excursion. There are three pools to choose from and we mainly used the infinity pool near our room. This gave great views of the River Nile and the boats passing and it was the quietest of all three pools. We also took advice for the River cruise at sunset on the Nile itself. A beautiful experience with a choice of drinks and some pastries to enjoy as you watch the sunset. The food has been beautiful each day with wide range of choice, we never left the island for our meals. Breakfast is included with a fab buffet and we hit each restaurant as well as ate by the bar. I would return and stay in a heart beat to this beautiful resort and highly recommend visiting at least once but be warned when you do you may end up falling in love with this Jewel of the Nile! Patricia was most helpful at the restaurant and gave the suggestion of the sunset cruise.
