A birth certificate is required at check-in for all accompanying children. All Egyptian nationals must present a marriage certificate at check-in. Guests booking the Honeymoon Offer Room must present a valid marriage certificate dated within three months of arrival. Proper swimwear is required for use in the pool and sea. Clothing other than swimwear is not permitted. Group bookings of 4 rooms or more are subject to different policies and additional charges. Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults and will be charged the adult rate. For children under 12 years, a supplement will apply according to the hotel's policy. The rate for the "Special Offer – Egyptians and Residents Only" is exclusively available to Egyptian citizens and residents. A valid Egyptian ID, passport, or residency document must be presented upon check-in. Additional charges may apply if valid documentation is not provided. A deposit may be required at the property.
