فندق راقي ماشاء الله، معاملة طيبة من الاستقبال إلى آخر عامل في الفندق. المطعم متنوع في الأكل و بكميات ماشاء الله. حمامات السباحة نظيفة جداا و العمال على قدم وساق في التنظيف و الشغل على الضيوف. أجمل شيء كان البحر في تنوع جميل من الشعاب المرجانية و الأسماك الجميلة بألوان زاهية كانت تجربة السنوركلينڨ أجمل تجربة في الفندق. على العموم الفندق يستاهل 5 نجوم و احسن

The option of the alacart restaurants is very good For sure will come back again.

The bathroom of my room was so old and needs renovation.

An outstanding resort that exceeds expectations in every aspect. The ambiance is elegant and welcoming, the staff are exceptionally professional and attentive, and the beach offers a truly captivating experience. The newly developed aqua park is modern, well-designed, and highly entertaining. A remarkable destination that I would gladly recommend and revisit.

Il cibo e stato perfetto, non era speziato come in altre strutture, internet perfetto, sicuramente torneremo!!!🔝🔝🔝

The room was nice, but I paid more than some others due to my nationality. And, some others paid just as much as I did and got worse rooms that are very old, some of them didn’t even have proper electrical sockets.

The reception staff was a bit rude sometimes, the rest of the staff was okay. The room service refused to give me coffee but offered beer instead, even though I am muslim and don’t drink alcohol.
