If there is a score much more then 10 I would definitely give , we can debate about to which extend the luxury of the hotel and facilities are . But on the service provided , I can’t describe to which level of professionalism the team is ! From the reception staff led by Mr. Ibrahim who made sure everything smooth and clear , to Chef Mohamed in the main restaurant who is talented and humble at the top level ,along with Mr.Ayman the restaurant manager who is always there to help smiling ! I travelled many places around the world and really proud that we have such amazing service in our beautiful city of Sharm Sheik. Thanks all for the amazing stay and my apology if I forgot anyone provided such professional service to our family ❤️ totally recommended
