The location was lovely

We booked an Executive room which was disappointing… they overlooked the car park and room was quite dark. We asked for a room change which we got to a smaller but brighter room with a lovely view.

"Hotel direkt am Braveheart-Drehort Trim Castle"

Sehr freundliches Personal und ein sauberes, sehr großes Familienzimmer mit einem Doppel- und zwei Einzelbetten. Der Parkplatz am Hotel (draußen oder Tiefgarage) und das Frühstück waren im Preis inkludiert. Da wir vor unserem Rückflug (Dublin Airport ist nur ca. 45-60Min Autofahrt entfernt) noch das Castle besichtigen wollten, haben wir dies direkt nach dem Frühstück gemacht. Der späte Check-Out um 12Uhr war uns dafür sehr angenehm.

Was man evtl. wissen muss: in dem Hotel finden aufgrund der Lage regelmäßig Events statt. Während unserem Aufenthalt wurde eine Hochzeit gefeiert, d.h. wir haben die Musik noch bis in die Nacht hinein gehört

Bed comfortable room pretty good tv too small.

Incompetent money hungry staff caused me embarrassment unjustly. Manager avoided me when I lodged a complaint. Poorly managed. Lazy cook. Way way overpriced for stay. Over cooked breakfast sausages and dried out back bacon that tasted of salt. Eggs cooked any way at breakfast didn’t include an omelette. Bedroom door cards didn’t open the room door.
