Clean rooms, Comfortable beds

My credit card was charged and paid by booking.com 3 days in advanced and then Quality Inn charged my card again .when I arrived. Saying it had not been paid even though I showed them the payment from Booking.com. Still no refund !!!!!

I ask for a lower level room and they gave us an upstairs room. I am handicapped and it was very hard climbing those stairs. Not very happy.

"Dont stay find different hotel"

A place to sleep. Glad I made it out alive! No bedbugs

Rusty lamps, could see daylight with the door fully shut. Missing tile in bathroom shower. Frayed carpet at enterance. Far away from everything. Most tge staff seemed bothered when asking for help there was one helpful person at the front desk my 2nd day real friendley only plus. Poor breakfast
