Quality Inn London North

Card reader did not work. Couldn't check in. They canceled my room. I had to find another place to stay.

The staff are super nice and helpful.

It was a nice hotel. If you needed anything they worked with you.

People who smoke will appreciate the ability to relax in your room and light up without having SWAT called on you. Almost all motels shun smokers, so finding this one was a surprise. The motel is older but clean, and the staff is friendly. It's a budget motel with all the basics PLUS an actual option of smoking or non-smoking. WOW what a concept.

Just an overall gross experience....the lobby had no a/c...the front desk lady was nice but said it has been that way thru last summer...our room was worse..a/c wasnt on initially and mind u this is July..thats not the grand finale...blood stained matress, wish i could post the pics, room 223...and then the other one was just filthy....the best part about it is the refund refusal bc of their unsatisfactory facility...smh lesson learned and be warned. AVOID

No elevator stairs were far away, long walk for kid/familly with luggage.

I would not recomnend this hotel. Light bulb missing, no coffee maker, refrigerator didn't work, room phone didn't work, the toilet in the first room I was assigned would not stop running so I had to change to another room. And that's the room with all the problems above. No good internet signal, even though it was a non-smoking room, there was a burn hole in the bedspread on one of the beds. Lots of people hanging out of their rooms, loud music playing while their doors were open,

well, I went by the reviews on Expedia and I don’t know who did those but definitely not someone who stayed there those giving a 7-10. rooms were rundown. I kept my flip-flops on in the room the whole time because the carpet just seemed cruddy. The continental breakfast had no fruit definitely can’t go by the pictures overall the room served its purpose. We just needed for the night to sleep pool was dirty and the hot tub didn’t work

It was okay and the people was friendly but I could have paid the same amount of money and actually got some sleep somewhere else the beds where horrible
