This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any hotel. The staff, especially the security team, were absolutely disgraceful in their behavior. They stopped us at the entrance without any explanation while others were freely entering. When we asked why, they had no valid reason, just blank faces and arrogant attitudes. It felt humiliating and targeted. This is not just poor service—it’s completely unacceptable. The security team was rude, disrespectful, and lacked even basic manners. No courtesy, no professionalism, no idea how to handle guests. Their tone was aggressive, their approach was offensive, and their behavior was completely unfit for a hospitality environment. We weren’t asking for special treatment—we were asking to be treated like human beings. This kind of behavior reflects extremely poorly on the hotel’s management. If this is the kind of frontline staff you hire to represent your brand, then it’s clear you don’t value guest experience at all. We came with expectations of a welcoming environment and left feeling insulted and angry. I strongly urge immediate action, retraining of staff, and a serious review of your security team. If not addressed, this will drive guests away and destroy your reputation.

Very good hotel has maintained the standard for last 9 years the time I was visiting, very good food and authentic bengali cuisine.

She was consistently attentive, professional, and genuinely caring—ensuring that guests were comfortable and had everything they needed to enjoy their meal. Whether it was offering coffee refills, checking on dietary preferences, or keeping the dining area organized and clean, Tamanna handled everything with efficiency and grace. Her positive attitude and dedication to great service made breakfast each day a wonderful experience. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the guest experience. Their all services were amazing where I felt like home.when I have gone to take breakfast there all foods were fresh and tasty.I recommend Dhaka regency to all.

Been here for business, the restaurant is amazing , the service is great. Fatima and Israt were so kind, they provided an amazing assistance all along the way, so professional ! Surely will come once again.

Shiful - the Barista at the restaurant was absolutely amazing! His coffee art is incredible. I stayed on 2 separate occasions in June. He made a bear, a peacock and pictures of a couple kissing on my cappuccino’s. His customer service is exceptional, he is extremely professional and courteous, a pleasure to be around!
