From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by Sifat, a Front Office Guest Service Agent whose professionalism and warmth set the tone for my entire stay. His welcoming demeanor and genuine smile made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. The service of the hotel is realy Amazing!!

Service , staff behavior , hospitality is the best in Dhaka . I recommend to stay at least one time. Mr. Rana , Mr. Liton and Mr. Hossain giving best service and support. They are very humble and active. Food quality and environment is one of the best things her.

I have been staying here sicnce 2022. One best hotels i have stayed ever. Friendly staffs, great food, close to airport, good amenities. Great service, keep up the good work. Will definitely recommended to the travelers who travel for business or with family.

Food & room was very good. Especially Their rooftop restaurant is amazing . front desk person is super supportive. Concierge Abir arrange uber for me and help me with my luggages. Overall i am satisfied with their service. Hopefully i will come again next month.

Best hotel near airport. I stayed hear for 4 days. Service was good. Mr. TAMIM from front hepl me a lots during check out. I loved their food. Swimming pool and gym is best in Dhaka city. Love this hotel. Highly recommend.....................

Had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent, but the highlight was definitely the breakfast and dinner buffet layout with a fantastic spread. The staff were extremely professional and courteous, especially Mr. Amin and Mr. Waleed, who truly know how to treat guests. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was commendable and every staff member was always happy and eager to assist. Highly recommended!

Very Good hotel for staying in Dhaka. Jain food is also available here. Yeasin the great person in that hotel. We met him he is very cooperative person in hotel. So enjoy the stay in Dhaka Regency. We have very good experience with Yeasin and team.
