Hotel Henri IV

Accueillant, confortable, gérant extrêmement sympa et à l’écoute, à proximité de tout, notamment de la magnifique cathédrale St Louis et du vieux port. Il aurait juste manqué un petit ventilateur dans notre chambre (nous étions en pleine canicule lors de notre séjour)

Bra läge, litet hotell mitt i smeten. Saknar hiss och AC. Fick ringa hotellet för att checka in, mestadels obemannad reception.

Il n'y avait personne à la réception mais j'ai été prévenu et ma clé m'attendait accrochée au tableau.

Our visit was extremely pleasant. The staff were the stars of the show. They made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. The location was very central to the main activities of the old port. Arriving by car was challenging and parking was a good walk away, but it was only 8 euros for the day. The room was large and airy. Everything worked as advertised. We would definitely return.

Lorsqu'on voit la jolie photo de la voiturette HENRI 4, on se fait totalement avoir!!!Ni standing ni entretient dans cet hôtel miteux, Ne comptez pas vous garez, et allez à l'hôtel à pied, à moins de vouloir traverser la ville avec valises et enfants sous le bras...(car EN REALITE pas de parking proche ) Vous arriverez dans une chambre propre heureusement, mais totalement défraichie, la moquette décolorée à des trous, les appliques sont de travers et ne fonctionne pas....et ne comptez pas dormir non plus, vous êtes dans une rue où la nuit, ça crie, ça balance des bouteilles en verre contre les murs et ça sent l'urine...Nous nous sommes crues aux fêtes de Dax mais sans la bonne humeur... En bref fuyez cette hôtel!

Hotel is in the walking street area of La Rochelle center. It is easy access to the shopping streets & the market.

Located in the heart of the city. The hotel offers comfortable rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

hotel was ok get what you pay for . very noisy out side the hotel because the young one meet there till about 5 o'clock in the morning so did not get much sleep in the 2 days we stayed there

Except of that, very nice people and right in the center of historic La Rochelle. No elevator!

Excellent value for money. Great location, right in the centre, 1 minute from the harbour. The room was super clean and the bed excellent. continental breakfast is basic. Welcome and service is excellent! I will come back.
