"The smell of mould was so bad we had to sleep with door open"

The room stunk of mould it was so bad we had to sleep with door open, the carpets and bedding was dirty.

Location and space

Had a weird smell everytime you walked in. Shower temp was cool even when just on hot. No ventilation in bathroom. Windows were locked shut. No daily light housekeeping even though stated there was.
