Punthill Knox

The bed and pillows were amazing - so very comfortable.

There was no actual breakfast food provided. The only things provided were a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. There was not even a tiny carton of milk for your tea or coffee (if you did not think to BYO food you either had to go hungry, had to walk or drive to near by shopping center to buy breakfast.

The staff are great. The room is exactly what we expected

Nice clean accommodation. Poor coffee, tea choices and paying for parking is outrageous.

Punt Hill Apartments are directly across the road from the Wantirna Club, which have great meals, cheap drinks and pokies. Across the other side is the gigantic Knox shopping centre.

My brother and I had twin rooms joined by a door, he had an air-con in his bedroom while mine serviced the lounge/kitchen area, got pretty warm in my bedroom, had to open windows and sliding glass door which let in some traffic noise, not bad in the end, just jealous I didn't pick the room with the air con in bedroom.

Reception went out of their way to make sure I was ok and worked with my unknown schedule. So much appreciated. Easy to get to Knox private hospital. Was happy to become a member.

Paying extra for parking. But appreciated reduction for extra nights. Traffic noise 1st night from major road.

Convenient location. Easy parking.

Wifi was unreliable in my room.

Very comfortable. Had everything we needed.

Road noise was an issue.
