Banon Resorts

Breakfast was standard and excellent. Situated in an orchard, the ambience was 'out of the world', beyond ecpectation.

There was nothing to dislike.

The location is outstanding, central to old Manali and Mall Road. Rooms were spacious and the staff is courteous. and helpful.

The breakfast spread could be better.

Excellent service and food

We had a really wonderful stay in what is an oasis in a fast-growing town. Our flatlet was in on a huge property with a beautiful garden, every night a fire was lit in our fireplace and a delicious meal was delivered from the restuarant. The staff,was exceptional, and the food excellent, and the owners kind and friendly. It felt like a personal rather than institutional hotel, with old-world charm. My husband hurt his leg and needed stitches and one of the owners took him to hospital in his own car. There was such concern and kindness from everyone,

The common spaces could be made a bit less institutional with rugs in the floor and a bit of colour to show off some of the pieces that have been in the family for decades.

Ambience was very pleasant. Greenary in the resort was very good. Staff were very courteous. Hotel is centrally location and very near to shopping area. Easily accessible from prime center of Manali.

The room allocated to us had issue with hot water. Every time we had to call the reception and get it checked. Booked a family room for 4 of us and only one wash room is available. So, it took lot of time for us to get ready one after the other. All the taps in the wash room were very slow because of low pressure and it took even longer for us to get ready. Two wash rooms would have been more convenient.
