I did not get Breakfast at the property when I booked it , it was showing Breakfast included Very unhealthy room condition , and insects and bucks was there . staff was very rude Not satisfied at all , Never recommended this property. Thanks

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room was extremely bare bones and there were bugs and roaches, it was gross. I would not recommend to anyone.

"Very disappointed!!!! Another Extended stay next door - $10 more and what you would expect"

Good location for airport.

Price way too high for a bed and hot water. No courtesy shampoo or soap. They were very firm on a 3:00 pm check-in when I requested a 2:50 pm check-in. No plug in bathtub for a bath and shower only a drizzle. Called to request a wake-up call, and the receptionist did not know what that was (did not receive a call). Then, I was charged a $1 fee for calling the operator. But it was clean!

Would never stay here again. You have to pay for extra towels and they ran out of clean towels all together. The hallways have a musty/mildew smell to them. This property needs a major upgrade
