The worst hotel I ever visited, I decided to leave for another hotel as soon as I checked in and saw the rooms. Upon seeing the rooms, I saw doors hanging off cupboards, cockroaches, broken tables, and another customer with a handgun. As well as given a room which was already occupied.

Stinking lift

This was a nice location near the train. The front door is broken and hard to open. The front desk was very kind. I had roaches in my room and decided to just check out and the front desk called the manager and she offered a new room but i decided to leave and they did not change me due to the issue. Very kind people. Hotel needs updated.

My wife and I have stayed at other locations and there is absolutely none better than the ESA Management staff at the Las Colinas Meadow Creek Dr location. Safe, Clean, Quiet, Value...They're the best at addressing any issues/concerns you may have, Maintenance is top notch. Rooms are the most up-to-date available. Including the Kitchen appliances. Thanks especially to Jodi Betz ! She has been a blessing to us and we've noticed that she goes above and beyond to help anyway she can! If you need a place to stay you've just found it... It's now our home away from home... Russell C.

The main issues were with the condition of the place. Smelled of mildew and armpits, there were broken cabinets in my room, and worst I saw a couple of roaches! The only reason I stayed was because I knew I would have a hard time finding another place with the conference in town. It was the most uncomfortable stay I have ever had anywhere in my life. I will NEVER stay they again.
