"Tired in Thomasville"

It was conveniently located for a stopover on the trip we were taking.

We requested a smoking room with a king bed. When we got to the room there was no ashtray so I was going to call the office, but the phone line was broken. I went to the office to ask for an ashtray and the lady there said she would have someone bring it to us. Several minutes later I saw a man outside who asked, "You don't have an ashtray, either?". He came into the room and removed the phone, but we never got an ashtray, or a phone. Also, the bed was a queen, not the king we requested and for which we paid.
