Breakfast, was not up my standards,, the location was great.

The customer service was horrible,,, the front desk clerk C. J. Had a very bad attitude. The room keys wouldn't work the first 2 attempts.. C.J. switch me to another room and the A.C. was not working. C.J. got upset 😡 with my son And I because we changed the temperature from 71 to 62 degrees.. C.J. said we can't change the temperature that fast. So we had to change to another room. By the way my son and I were hauling luggage to by the way in 100 degree weather.. So I was very disappointed with my stay at this 2 star hotel. I will not be referring no one to this hotel. And my son and I will not be returning to it .

This entire property is deteriorating. Simple fixes go neglected. My previous visit my husband was charged $250 because I accidentally got period blood on the sheets. The woman at check in was friendly, the rest of the staff not so much. Generally filthy. The price point isn’t good enough for me to leave any praise. I’ve had cheaper rooms not leave me feeling like I’m taking bugs home with me. We even found cash beneath the seat cushion of the room’s chair. I’m sure that would have been nice to find for someone who CLEANED the room. Upon removing the sheets from the bed we found a roach. That wouldn’t bother me so much if it hadn’t been beneath the sheets we were SLEEPING ON. You can get a cheaper room that sucks a lot less elsewhere.

"Bad mannered manager."

Clean comfortable rooms.

The breakfast was a disaster. The waffle iron didn't work so we stepped up to the front desk and asked for help. She just turned off and walked away. It still didn't and once again to front desk and the so called manager said it was the other desk clerks job. I gave up. Ride to say the least and we told her there was mix in the machine. We will never stay there again.
