Quality Inn & Suites Conference Center Thomasville

Room wasn’t fully cleaned. Hairs in bathroom, sticky counters, lost of rust. Hallways dirty, the door was hard to unlock with key card, Landscaping needs help

For the price, not bad but had I not brought my fabric spray and disinfectant wipes, I would not have been able to handle the smell or even try to sleep. The room I was in had a gross smell that I could only describe as wet dog mixed with mildew, heavy on the dog. The first towel that I touched had a bunch of stains on it so I just used it as a floor mat. The fitted sheet had some type of burn hole in it. Other than that, it was in a decent location with a Waffle House next door (with an awesome crew) and it was quiet.

The door to the room did not properly close. It looked like it had been kicked in. The stench was horrendous! There was mold in the bottom of the shower pan. The desk legs were broken and the top was carefully balanced and looked lime it could come crashing down. It was so bad we didn’t stay the night.

Reservations for 2 rooms at Quality Inn.checked in, as soon as we saw the 2 rooms ..1 smelled of mold and mildew and the second reeked of urine. Went to the reception desk immediately spoke to the woman at the desk and explained to her the situation also tried to remedy the situation by asking for different rooms which she replied "we are fully booked". I told her we cannot stay in these rooms and that we will have to book rooms at Rose Garden Inn down the road, I returned the keys and asked for a confirmation that we DID NOT STAY,she said she cannot give me a receipt stating we didn't stay but assured me that she will let her manager C.J. know and will NOT BE CHARGED. 2 days later I noticed they charged me for the full amount! Rose Garden charged me that very same day of the actual stay but quality Inn which we didnt stay charged 2 days later! I called and spoke to someone at desk he said he cant help, called again spoke to manager CJ was profusely apologized and stated she needs to speak to her general manager and will call back in a few hours, it has been a few days and still have not heard from them. CJ also told me to call booking.com and let them know..which in return booking.com contacted the INN and filed a formal complaint that this is not a part of their standards and they will contact me as well..never heard from them either! Do yourselves a favor and save the headache..SKIP THIS INN so not worth the hassle!

I had a terrible experience at this property. Some of the events that I encountered: dying roach on the floor, different type of bug on the floor crawling around, smelled like smoke in a supposedly non-smoking room (ashtray on dresser), sink stop up. Total unacceptable!

The room had dead bugs and it wasn’t clean and there was a hole in the bathroom behind the toilet that went strait threw the other room and you could see the others room which was kind of scary someone could peak in to see me also

You could tell the hotel was older and could use some paint on the walls.

I got to the breakfast at 8 and there one sausage and two pieces of eggs no one want to help when I was there more coming there was no fruit Just the worst experience I ever had at hotel there was nothing nice about this run down hotel
