"Very accommodating"

We booked one night originally and then the next night at a later date on a 3rd party site. Bambi was able to get our reservations merged so we could stay in the same room. I didn’t know the 3rd party booked 2 different room types but we just had to check in and out and all was good.

We were there for three nights and only had room service once. We had tol keep asking for towels and when they did service the room finally, they only replaced the towels. They did not empty the overflowing garbage cans, didn't make the bed, didn't clean the bathroom.
