When I booked this hotel I thought we would be staying in the Manor House as this is what you are shown, it’s a very modern corporate hotel. In our room we had the shower over the bath which wasn’t a problem in its self but on having a shower the following morning the bath became very slippery. I had the shower mat in the bath but on trying to get out of the bath with my husband assisting me I had a nasty fall, on checking out I did inform the receptionist that I had really hurt myself and said that a notice should be placed in the bathroom highlighting the problem and another grab handle would be a help. Regarding my injury nothing was noted by the receptionist and there wasn’t even I hope you are ok!!!!

It was lovely, the spa was cute and small but worth visiting, I did think that they were helpful with mum as she had issues with stairs

Easy check in, clean rooms although quite hot and do not have air-conditioning. There was however a fan to use

We had a fantastic stopover on the way. The room was lovely with comfy bed and nice bathroom. The location is perfect for a nice sleep as it’s surrounded by lovely gardens. Harry’s kitchen restaurant has great food. To finish the stuff are great, professional…

Friendly staff, lovely food, beautiful place and great room a fice star stay.

The spa area was busy and loud for a spa area with limited seating options.

We came as a family, myself and 4 daughters for a pre wedding spa break. The rooms dl were very well appointed in the modern section of the hotel. We found the restaurant facilities to be of a high standard and the food was very good. It would have been nice to have waiter service for drinks when in the bar instead of having to queue at the bar but the cocktails were very good anyway so that made up for having to queue. The spa facilities were very nice and the treatments were very good. We would have liked a jacuzzi but it didn't spoil the experience.Great gardens for a early morning walk

We have stayed at this hotel several times and we love it. The grounds are amazing.

Had a really relaxing stay. We were able to unwind and enjoyed exploring the grounds.
