Once you knew your way around and how to get from place to place, it was nice. Room service was excellent Check-in/check out staff was also excellent. Pool Party was inviting enough to get my wife to enjoy herself. What to watch for: Day One was a fiasco. Either we could not read the map or the directions provided were not clear as we spent an hour walking in 95 degree heat to finally find the buffet. The signage (which we imagine to be small to be innocuous) was hard to figure out. And no elevators worked in lodging areas. But after you had lived through that and the remainder or Day One, things got much better.

We stay here for 5 nights, the hotel is locate near ocean so easy to access, room is okay not clean as I expected, restaurant is hard to get reservation most time we only able to eat at buffet,

Absolutely horrible. Concierge person Zyanya was horrible. All the reservation she told me were false. This vacation was more stressful than enjoyable as a vacation should be unfortunately. The pools were dirty, they were fixing both rooms on both sides and the noise and pain smell was horrible. This was our 3rd time staying there and definitely unhappy. The elevators didn’t work they didn’t tell us and gave my parents a room on the 3rd floor

Not ideal for me or my family. Plenty of cons vs pros. Gigantic property and I mean 30 mins of walking minimum if you stay near the lobby. First you will be greeted with the front desk and they will up sell you to different building near the beach for a minimum of $1000 USD not pesos. They will tell you that you booked a room very far from everything and they are right unfortunately. trolly comes around every 20 mins or more and is usually packed with people. Water in the room…! That’s a privelage believe it or not. Water is rare at the property let alone cold water 😀 ya not gonna see that there. Breakfast ends at 10:30am and I mean 10:30. You walk in 10:25 you WILL NOT find anything to eat as they start picking up the food around 10:15am. Staff is fairly rude and not very cooperative. When they say NO it’s usually final and won’t try to accommodate any requests!!! Oh dinner reservations are need to be made as soon as you step a foot in the property, and that’s still too late. They’re definitely bias to the “Elite Members” whatever that is. All restaurants and lobbies are extremely hot, even when the AC is on. I will say the rooms were descent for the most part. Get ready to walk, walk and walk some more if you book your room far from everything as they will tell you, or just pay up $1200-$1500 to be close to everything. Study their map before you book. Food quality in the buffet isn’t all that great, definitely seen better.

The resort setup was a disappointment, especially since we were travelling with multiple families and kids. The buffet area was 10 minutes walk from the suites. Kids were restricted due to age limits to the arcade and the water park. after requesting to have rooms next to each other 6 months ago all our rooms were far apart including the kids room. Front desk was rude and tried selling us options to upgrade when we already had the all inclusive option. We were only able to get reservations to 2 restaurants on the resort out of the 7 days we stayed. We have traveled to Mexico multiple time and stayed at different resorts this by far was the most disappointing.
