Ashworth by the Sea

The room was comfortable. Most staff were very nice.

I arrived early and was told my room was ready. I was charged an extra $40 dollars to check in early. I paid extra for a balcony. The balcony was filthy. Chairs and table were covered in grime and dirt. I found some cleaner and paper towels and cleaned them up myself I had to clear away cobwebs off the chairs the railings. On day 2, we asked for a few extra towels and we were out of shampoo. It appeared that housekeeping was short staffed and they never got to us.

Every staff member was very professional and just had good sweet attitudes .

The only thing was the restaurant was closed till Thursday but other than that we made it work.

Beachfront location is fantastic with valet parking, friendly staff. Room recently updated, spacious and clean.

Hotel could use a good cleaning. Pool is small and heavy with chemicals. Staff learning new computer system with long check in. I was not in their system although I'd stayed there within last year.

The views was nice from the balcony

Wall are thin you can hear you neighbors

Amenities being able to use bathroom and keep my truck parked after checkout staff was so fantastic.⁰ⁿ⁰ⁿ
