I had a confirmed booking, but on arrival, we were informed the room was taken. Pathetic apology, after 1 hour of disagreement sitting in the reception with luggage eventually i took a room which i was offered and CERTAINLY not happy with. The manager then said we must sleep one night and go back home the next day (the audacity) mind you we were 400 km away from home🤮. The male staff member at reception was pathetic, no hospitality at all, didn’t seem to know what he was doing. It did not end there. Despite having a confirmed booking that explicitly includes breakfast and supper,the manager and the male staff insisted that supper was not included in our rate😡. What’s worse Is that not a single one of them asked to see our confirmation email to verify this leading to a more frustrating dispute. The manager eventually acknowledged the mistake saying “ oh yes,i see its included” over a good 10mins after the issues was raised.

Breakfast was amazing. The staff was super friendly especially Mr Raymond Sibiya from the restaurant.

Need to cover the patios and braai areas for when it rains.

Lovely resort, albeit a little dated but the friendly staff and awesome hot pools made up for that. Great breakfast buffet!

We liked everything. Be aware the national roads to the resort have lots of potholes... not the resort's fault at all, just bear in mind when driving at nighttime etc.
