"Everything about the place is terrible except the great views!"

Location

The property is very dirty with a lot of dust along the stairs and corridors. The food was not fresh . No variety at the buffet and presentation of food was not good. They would serve us using pots instead of chafing dishes. The dining area “the big rocks” was not up to standard. Even the pools were not cleaned and had a terrible smell. We had to ask to be changed to another room because the toilet was not in good condition. Everything was terrible and I will never recommend people to go there. I’ve been there three times since 2022 with no improvement. A waste of money honestly!

Staff are friendly helpfully.

Meals was not what we expected but we made do. They didn't cater for Indian customers or Halall. Roads to the resort are extremely dangerous.

Pools and scenery

Water slide wasn’t working . Out dated amenities especially furniture and room carpets bathroom very very poor condition. Very strange thing for 2 family bedrooms 1 old broken tap and bath tub bathroom :(
