Transfers: Complimentary transfers are available to and from Domestic and International Airport to the hotel. Please let the hotel know in advance if you want to use this service. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. The property requires an NZD 150 credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This is a Refundable Bond during the stay. There is a 3.15% surcharge applicable on all online bookings made through Cards. Please Note: Nonrefundable rate plans will continue to be charged the full accommodations cost within 24-hours of booking being made as per standard policy. No changes or modifications will be accepted on these rate plans. Cancelations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 24 hours prior to check-in time in order to avoid any administration/service charges. Cancelations or modifications received after this time will incur an administration/service charge equivalent to one night’s accommodations cost per room booked.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
