"Flip The Script"

I chose this place because I travel between Redding Ca. And Portland all the time, and I had stayed before for a few weeks, but due to an emergency I was unable to make it to Oregon for the stay and never checked in. However, I was shocked to see that they charged me for the stay. So imagine how frustrating it was when I called to push the reservation to another night they wouldn't let me change it.
