Not much to be honest.

The property needs more parking spots. I arrived at midnight. My room was not ready due to the system being down. I got my room an hour later. The front desk staff told me I was getting a discount, which didn’t happen. After I got my room, I walked in and it had an unpleasant smell.

The location was very nice and quiet from the town

There were roaches and drunk people fighting and arguing all night.

Bad management. My flight was delayed and I turned up at 2am instead of the previous day to check in even though I had a reservation . They had canceled my reservation despite me telling them that I will be turning up later. The lady at the front desk didn’t have the decency to accommodate me at that hour. She just couldn’t care less. I said I would pay extra since I was exhausted from a long flight. She just shrugged and said come back at 7am. Very unprofessional and above all no human decency to accommodate a stay at a late hour. I was prepared to pay right there. Booking.com was least helpful and their behavior was no different.

It is in a good location and fairly priced.

The bed was extremely firm and there was an unpleasant smell.

Nice pillows

First it says Good Breakfast. It was oatmeal packets and coffee. The police were in and out lots of fighting and neighbors making loud noises all night and morning.
