Good location.

What breakfast?

Staff put me in the wrong room, banged on my door at 10:30 at night telling me I had to change rooms. Then said, “this is totally your fault,” several times. I wanted to leave, but they wouldn’t give me a refund. They were so rude.

Nothing.

I arrived to check in. I was waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes for a front desk employee to check me in. He proceeded to charge me another 126$ after already paying online & a 100$ security deposit. I get my room key and head over..the room had no sheets or blankets, one pillow, stains on the bed and counter, and it smelled like urine. When I asked what the refund policy was I was told to contact customer service..no one answered. 352$ gone.

Everyone was super nice

York check-in, unable to get into my room for approx 30 mins due to a problem with the lock. Instead of giving me another room, she played with the door until it opened. Upon returning back was locked out for an additional hour plus for the same problem

The breakfast was was subpar to say the least.

A few donuts and muffins and coffee, hardly defines breakfast
