Suburban Studios Exton - Philadelphia Great Valley

I originally was having a good experience with the exton location overall. we were never perfect but anything asked of us we obliged best we good. our original manager had to go out a few weeks and they brought in ANNISE HUMPHREY. in that short time. she made things very uncomfortable. a very unpleasant person. she made most people including employees feel degraded. one afternoon she called to tell me that we were being evicted and had to leave within 4 days after staying here approximately 17 months. most people know i am a tenant at that point and is illegal to do that. she claimed they did a room check while I was out that was completely impossible because I never left the room that day. the way I had the door locked could not have got in. soooo,I still packed up to leave. this is now 5pm. then out of the blue another person of authority says I could stay the night after we were within an hour of leaving. ANNISE HUMPHREY was not there, we already had a check in time an hour away because it was short notice but we decided to stay. after staying we could not BELIEVE IT when I found out our original manager was back! obviously the"fill in" wanted us to never know the original was back because we would have been gone. quite an experience I'd say. we lost time, gas labor, storage bin.etc. our original mngmt made it a well as she could but things should have never happened that way.

Close location to where I was going, restaurants and lovely front desk clerk.

When I checked in no one was at the desk for over 10 minutes. They gave me a room that already had someone in it when I entered (horrible experience). The room I got smelled terrible and was not clean. I will never stay here again no will I recommend family visiting the area stay here.

Our room had a large amount of ants behind the headboard of one of the beds that we did not discover until the morning after our first night. This issue was brought to the front desk, the woman was very apologetic and moved us to a new room and told us she issued a refund for the inconvenience. The refund was for $6.93. Thanks, extended stay....

This hotel is worn out and dirty. Beds were uncomfortable. Furniture is definitely not hotel worthy. Do not stay here.

Nice little hotel but expensive for just one night. I arrived at 5:00 pm and was out by 9:00 the next morning. On the older side, but clean. The staff was very nice.
