Me encantó la habitación desde que llegamos el trato amable del personal en especial Abigail y Luis, la playa me encantó la piscina , la comida los dos primeros días pero después veía prácticamente lo mismo a la hora del almuerzo y cena tienen que poner variedad pero si tiene buen sabor, volvería de nuevo ..

No me gusto la insistencia de ir al vip diciéndole todo el tiempo que no volvía a insistir eso fue lo único que me incomodó y lo comentado anteriormente de la variedad del buffet

El piso de la habitación

I loved my room, it was so comfortable and spacious, with fridge, TV and balcony. The beach was beautiful - soft yellow sand and turquoise waters, never too crowded. The food was good, varied, fresh and excellent value for money. And the staff were kind, pleasant and always available to help. It was always possible to find a quiet spot to relax.

Really small points: there could have been better lighting in the bathroom. The building where I stayed was a little noisy, people - both guests and staff - often talking loudly or shouting in the corridors early morning and the rest of the day, and there was echo. I didn't like the beach towel system - you have to go and get a towel and the towel place is not open until 9am, when the sea is great for swimming earlier. It would be better if they put the towels in the rooms. I found the evening animation noisy and unappealing; it would have been better to have a singer/musician.
