Sauna could have been hotter.

The staff were not the friendliest

We liked the location, the boot dyers and the outdoor sauna.

We wish it had beer, or wine in the lounge.

We were on a scouting tour for our Guided Tour next year and had a fantastic stay. That Lodge is just unique, really clean and has a lot of little details. The Manager was really nice and we hope we can come back with our group next year

Si presenta su Booking come un lussuoso lodge, ma era per la maggior parte abbandonato, nessun personale presente. La camera non era quella prenotata, ed era sporca. Lenzuola piene di polvere, e cuscini macchiati. La peggior esperienza mai fatta. Ho lasciato subito l’albergo siccome non mi sentivo al sicuro e ho dovuto spendere altrettanti soldi per cercare alle 23 di sera una hotel che potesse ospitarci. Ho chiesto immediato rimborso, ma nessuna risposta.

Nothing…!!!!! Very disappointed WOULD NEVER COME BACK OR RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE. OVER PRICE. WE STAY AT SPARKLING Hill and FAIRMOUNT IN VANCOUVER EVEN CHEAPER. And gourmet breakfast was included. THERE WAS NO SEVICE AT ALL. NO ONE ANSWER TO CALLS.

The breakfast that included was very very sad. 10 rooms there so there will be at least 20 guest. He leave 2 half’s load of old bread there. No sugar for coffee. Apples/ orange was all dried. The guests next to us who had young children’s they had to go to McDonald and bought breakfast. I suggest someone please come and have a look. Who ever is in charge doesn’t do shit all. There was No napkins just wet wipe. Every time we call the front desk. No one answer. We needed more toilet paper. We had to bring tissue box from our car to use. Even staying a motel was better.

The hotel was extremely comfortable and clean. The sauna and the hot tub were a great addition. The storage room had a rack to dry out boots and gloves. The staff was very helpful and gracious. I will stay here again next year for sure.
