"4 /5 star rooms but 1 star breakfast."

Staff and rooms good.

The breakfast was poor. This is a great hotel but the standard of breakfast was poor to say the least . Just cereal and toast and some yoghurt . There should be a minimum of some fresh fruit , pastries and some cheeses and meats plus the ability to cook a boiled egg or similar.

"A perfect stay at Winston Lodge — quiet, clean, and steps from Kicking Horse!"

We had a fantastic stay at Winston Lodge! Check‑in and check‑out were quick and easy, the lodge itself is gorgeous, and our room was spotlessly clean and incredibly quiet — perfect after a long day on the mountain. The location is ideal, with great proximity to Kicking Horse, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful mountain getaway we’d happily return to!

"Comfortable"

Beds were super comfortable, room larger than expected, Drying room was well equipped & the location was good.

Not that they were required but i was surprised to only see any staff on arrival & that was it.

"Quaint and cozy lodge short walk from base."

Super cozy and comfy, fire running after long day of skiing. Hot tub, sauna and espresso machines were bonuses.

Turn the sauna temp up.
