Great hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The room had roaches pretty bad and the hallway and room smelled bad.

Roaches in our room. Management would not compensate us for the room.

Bad smell since you arrive, the rooms with terrible carpet no wifi working in rooms, never came to clean room. Really bad expirience

The first night we were there the lights went out around 6ish . The lights came back on around 3ish that morning. So we were super Hot until then. Bugs came out in the kitchen area once they sensed the lights were out😡 The elevator smelled like raid Everybody! Nobody could access the pool because something had to be done to it on Monday 😤 and we left that Sunday evening. The pillows were flat,sheets were stained,It was just pitiful. Its just somewhere to lay your head. The staff was really friendly though. So i didn't take it out on them

The room was infested with roaches and just not clean enough.
