Extended Stay America Suites - Philadelphia - Mt Laurel - Pacilli Place

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! I was here for about 2–3 weeks and every day I was met with kindness, cleanliness, and outstanding service. The staff is truly what makes this place special. Melba was always so sweet and welcoming — her smile and positive attitude brightened my mornings. Adrienne, the manager, runs a fantastic team. She even reached out personally to make sure everything was going well, which shows just how much they care about their guests. From the fresh-smelling hallways to the well-kept rooms, everything was consistently spotless. I also had a great experience connecting with other guests during my stay — it felt like a little community. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for comfort, care, and a staff that genuinely goes above and beyond. Would absolutely return!

Staff were amazing. The only thing that i wish I knew going in was that the name on the card your using has to match your ID so it made it a little frustrating to check in as we had to transfer money around to make sure we had a card that matched our id.

What I like about this Extended Stay is the employees. The cleanliness of the rooms. I stay there with my wife and my dog and I was amazed at how well everybody treated us. I will recommend my friends and especially those of them who have pets to stay at the one in Mount Laurel Nj Pacilli Place. Special shout out to Tawana Christina Melba, Linda overnight crew.

I had a wonderful experience at the Extended Stay Hotel in Mount Laurel, NJ. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a longer stay including a full kitchen, which was a huge plus. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. The location was convenient, with easy access to major highways, shopping, and dining options. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to get work done. Housekeeping was timely and respectful, and the free Wi-Fi worked reliably throughout my stay. Whether you're in town for business, relocating, or just need a comfortable place to stay for a while, I highly recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely be back!

The hallways and rooms had a bad smell. Gatbage on hallways. Kitchen is room had nothing! No soap/shampoo in the bathroom. Breakfast wasn't really Breakfast just granola bars available.

Extended Stay America facility place has positive staff members it is very clean the location is great everyone is very friendly it's spacious and it has clean rooms and it's well maintained . also there are amazing stuff members they are friendly helpful accommodating and they go above and beyond for their guests. There beds are comfortable showers have hot water and there breakfast bar is always well stocked has coffee and hot chocolate and oatmeal granola bars muffins. Always great to have something to grab and go if you're on the run in the morning. Overall it is a wonderful place to stay and it's the best place I have ever stayed at and they have a washer and dryer downstairs on site they have vending machines they have a full kitchen in your bedroom and you have a nice size closet a full size bathroom very spacious there's free Wi-Fi there's cable you get all the good channels I love it and I've been staying here for over a year now and I recommend everyone else to this hotel because it is the best hotel in the world. I recently spent 2–3 weeks at this hotel and I can’t say enough good things about my stay. From start to finish, the service was beyond exceptional. Adrian, the manager, went out of her way to make sure I was happy and comfortable — she even followed up with a personal call during my stay to check in. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. Miss Linda at the front desk was also phenomenal. I had an issue with my reservation through Expedia, and she handled it with grace and professionalism, making sure it was resolved in my favor. She truly went the extra mile. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team, especially a Spanish gentleman (I wish I caught his name). The entire hotel always smelled fresh and clean — from the lobby to the elevator and every hallway. You can tell he takes pride in his work. What made the stay even better was connecting with other long-term guests who, like me, felt right at home. It’s rare to find a hotel where the staff and other guests feel like a little community. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend!
