ee breakfast should be included in the cost of the hotel. Microwave oven should be in every room. Parking should be free.

Just we eat from buffet good food

This was a terrible experience. Please see below my escalation to customer services. For context my entire booking was cancelled with no warning to myself. I arrived in Texas with no place to stay. This is totally unacceptable. Good morning, Thank you for your response. I hope this message finds you well and that you are having a pleasant week. I appreciate your acknowledgment of the situation; however, I must express my concern regarding the handling of my recent booking. It is difficult to comprehend how a fully paid reservation could be cancelled without any prior notification to the person who made the payment. As you can imagine, after a significantly long journey, arriving at the hotel only to be informed that my reservation had been cancelled—and being asked to leave—was both distressing and unacceptable. This incident significantly disrupted my travel plans, causing delays to my work commitments and requiring me to make alternative arrangements at short notice, separate from my colleagues. While I was able to secure another hotel at a lower rate than the original booking, the reimbursement for the initial reservation has been processed and returned to my employer, and I personally covered the cost of the new accommodation. I trust that you will take responsibility for reimbursing these expenses. I have attached all relevant documentation for your reference. As a frequent and loyal customer, I sincerely hope you will resolve this matter promptly and appropriately. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your response.
