Needed a vacuum

The photos are misleading about the space in room. The elevators were not working right and we got “stuck” in it several times for 1-2 minutes each time once it reached the downstairs first floor from the second floor, where we had our room. The doors would not open right away, and you would have to keep pressing the door open button before it would finally let you out. We also were not notified that there were renovations going on, so not all of the amenities were fully available.

nice rooms and clean but staff made us come down to get items like towels, etc and cleaning didn’t pick up our trash we neatly put together outside the door for them the morning of our second night staying.

The location

POS didn't work which made check in longer, carpet extremely dirty on the 3rd floor. Neighbors up all night going in and out the door and slamming the door. So I didn't get any sleep. I had to ask for parking pass. Noted scratch on my brand new car after I left.

Fui con la expectativa de tener una gran experiencia como la tuve antes pero en su localidad de Clearwater y me decepcione. Definitivamente necesitan remodelar los cuartos, la alfombra estaba manchada y sucia, la bañera manchada los muebles sucios y el agua en el baño estaba extremadamente caliente, no se podía graduar. Nuestro cuarto no tenía numeración y la máquina de hielo no funcionaba. En la área de la piscina las rejas estaban inseguras, sueltas. Fue una experiencia completamente diferente. La estancia no fue acorde con el pago por noche. No volvería con mi familia a esta localidad.

Property is okay. In our room, the toilet was not stuck to the floor or wall correctly and keep moving everytime we sat on it making a loud noise. The breakfast was ok, waffles are pre-made and very sweet. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly.
