It was ok we didnt stay the night tho. Beds seemed clean for the most part furniture was very worn and in not great condition mini fridge had graffiti in it and was dirty shower curtain had a hole and there was mold in the ceiling in the bathroom also the drawer had no bottom

Management was completely unprofessional and had no regard for the fact they provided me a room that was uninhabitable and disgustingly dirty. Had to find another hotel at 11:00pm that night for me and my two girls. Did not even feel any bit of remorse or empathy for the situations they had placed my family. Luckily, the Little Italy Hotel provided phenomenal accommodations after I explained the situation we had encountered just an hour ago and stayed in their facility for the rest of our trip. I have never encountered such a badly managed facility in my life and I have traveled all over the country. Do not stay there, even if your life depended on it.

The room was occupied by someone else and their property was scattered all over the room. The beds had not been made, the bathroom was dirty, and I did not feel safe. I felt the previous tenants could come into the room at any minute due to their negligence. Their next solution was putting me in a room next door. Thirty minutes after I get all my stuff and my daughters, I get a phone call from the office stating they had already assigned that room to someone else. I was left in the walkway with all my luggage while the property management had no idea what they were doing or how to ensure the safety of the facility. Then they had the audacity to say they were not going to provide a refund after the conditions of the room were uninhabitable. I no longer felt safe and refused to stay in such a dirty and poorly managed facility. Along with not feeling safe to stay there with two teenage daughters. The manager was unapologetic and refused to issue a refund even after we had to pay to stay at a different location that night and for the rest of the stay.

Great place to stay

Customer service would not help me cancel & refund when a wrong booking was made 30 days from the reservation. We had to book a night separately when we arrived and it was dirty and neighbors all around were noisy. There isn’t even a front desk helper.

Every morning we had to ask for clean towels and more toilet paper . Rooms were small and the mattress was horrible. Every morning we both woke up to our backs hurting real bad. For the daily amount we paid there was no coffee maker or cups in the room the only thing that are in the room was a large flat screen TV, a fridge and a old microwave that has a stain around the bottom where the plate sits. No we were not happy with our room and we stayed 7 nights. The office staff was never seen because he stayed in his room probably watching TV. And he was hard to understand. The house keeping staff was nice and hard workers. Will we stay there again? More than likely because that's the only motel in the area we need to be close to our family and friends and maybe just maybe the mattress will be better.
