The location of the hotel is convenient for my visits. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel room and lobby is always impressive.

Although the cleanliness of the room and the lobby is impressive, the elevator(s) and the hallways can be improved. The mats in the elevator need to be replaced. Like most hotels, I think that branding should be in the elevator car. The floors of the hallways (at least on Floor 3) should be more attended to. A fresh coat of paint on the walls would be best for the appearance of the hotel.

"Comfort Suites lives up to their name."

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable.

The cleaning staff started vacuuming in the hallway outside our door at 8:15 am when we were trying to sleep. Our key card stopped working twice and we had to go back downstairs to get it fixed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
