"For the most part it was a decent place to stay. Can’t say much about staff only person I seen was the front desk work n"

The air worked great!

It was better than a lot in this area but still had problems with the toilet not flushing properly and when front desk was notified they said no Mai was there on weekend so they found a plunger and brought it to our room for us to use!

"It's good if you don't look to hard"

The lady who checked me in was nice, the hotel was decently clean if you weren't looking too hard, and the air conditioner worked in my room.

The hotel is misleading people when it comes to amenities and what is offered at the hotel. There is no "breakfast included", they have a sign posted saying they have a "grab and go" breakfast and they are sorry for the inconvenience. Additionally they have a sign stating that the hotel pool is out of order. The hotel is not secure either. The doors around the hotel leading to the exterior which normally require a key to enter, are not locked. I was not able to take a bath in my room due to the bathtub's porcelain beginning to peel away. There also was no shampoo, whomever puts the dispensers out does not understand that conditioner doesn't go in both containers.

It was quiet and convenient

There were several concerns with the cleanliness of the room, from large paint chips and discoloration of the walls in both the room and bathroom along with marks on the floor and baseboards. It seems like it may need to be time for an overhaul of painting, patching, and general maintenance.

Location is extremely convenient

Not as clean as in the past. Side door was unlocked. Guests smoking weed in parking lot.

Bed was comfy, room clean, staff friendly, location great Handicapped parking and easy access in and out. We got a king bed suite with a disability walk-in shower. It was installed wrong. No matter how careful you were, the water leaked out in the bathroom floor. Then you had to mop all the floor. Then, on top of that, the bathroom floor is very slick when it is wet. No traction whatsoever. This is the last thing a disabled person needs with mobility issues! Please get this fixed so others can be safe.

Everything. Staff was lovely. Breakfast was very good. The room was clean and big.

There was a very small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. There was no body wash or hand soap
