The good--easily accessible from 95, near many dining options, lady in the breakfast area was wonderful. The bad--checked in, opened the door to the assigned room and were surprised that it was filled with traffic cones and warning signs, debris ALL OVER, empty food wrappers, etc. Stunning! Returned to the desk and reported the issue. Were assigned another room without any explanation or apology. The second room was a good size, but the carpet was bald/torn along the seam. Window looked out on gas stations. Would not stay again.

This location was very convenient to I-95.

We don't like being on the 1st floor.

Hotel is very tired. It needs an upgrade badly. The bathroom (315) is dirty with marks in the wall and for this price we figured we would get more than the old standard tub shower combo. Skip this one. Actually, their sister property next door, Springhill, looked nicer and renovated recently.

Staff was very helpful.

Room not ready at check in, received a call when it was, picked up keys and it still was not cleaned until 1 hour 45 min later. Manager apologized and promised a free night. No ice available. Asked the next day for the room to be tidied up during my absence, returned to nothing being done. Checked out the following morning and was told I’d receive points but could not be quoted how many points

Stayed at this location for one night in the middle of the week. The good: Good location and good price for one night. The poor: Checked in at 5:30 pm and had to walk the desk clerk through the check in process as he was distracted with something else. Really didn’t make me feel appreciated as a Titanium Elite member. The hotel condition was just “ok” - a lot of the carpeting in the stairways was frayed and was actually pulling up which may cause people to trip going up and down the stairs. The carpeting in my room was also ripped and pulling up at a seam. Toilet bowl was cracked and should be repaired, too. Overall condition/cleanliness of the hotel was below average The hot breakfast was not really appetizing enough to even try (except for the waffle maker). What really ruined breakfast was a young teen in the breakfast area using the guest computer for a Skype or FaceTime session with the volume turned up. He was using it for quite a while and was being quite loud himself. Turns out, he was the son (or nephew, brother, etc.) of one of the hotel staff. Quite annoying - I’ll choose another location next time I travel to Savannah.

The room was kinda dirty, plastered patches on the wall in the bathroom, stains on the towels and the first room they tried putting us in smelled like mildew. The staff when we checked in seemed put out getting us extra towels and when we asked for a room that didnt smell bad. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good.
