Room a bit small and bed was a bit too high for easy access.

We love staying here. It’s a great location to many places to eat and other fun things to do. I love having our own private hot tub on the balcony and also love being able to have the kitchen so we can make food and keep our perishables in the fridge. The bike path is right outside the hotel. We’ve stayed here many times!

Enjoy going here for the hot rub that is in the private room on the balcony. Over looking the hallmark type street.. early snow flakes falling.. was fantastic

The bed was definitely uncomfortable.. maybe my home bed is just to comfy.. woke up 8 or 9 times and barely walking in the morning.. But.... Another reason to jump in the hot tub in the morning for an hour to enjoy the jets massaging your back.. etc then my body was refreshed and fine .

This is my favorite hotel to stay at when taking time for myself or with my significant other. I love the private hot tubs on the balcony, the fire places in the bedrooms and the coziness to the rooms.

The room I was put in this last trip had a cold hot tub and we were only able to use it late at night because it took so long to heat up and the door to the balcony was broke making it a pain to open and close the door.

Amazing place to stay for a get away. The staff was friendly. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The private hot tubs are amazing.

It’s been a wonderful stay. Employees are friendly and helpful. Smith took care of our room exciting our expectations. This hotel is very centrally located making everything closer which I love. It’s been two years in a row that I chose this place to stay for my birthday and both occasions have been a great experience.

Close to venue and restaurants. Easy access. Staff was friendly and provided excellent recommendations for meals. Perfect place to stay for a quick getaway.
