Newpark Resort

We love the location, cleanliness, and relaxing hot tub.

We stay at Newpark as a getaway about every year. Love the location and cleanliness. The unit we stayed in was great, but there were a couple of issues. 1. The fireplace timer is not working properly. I had turned the timer knob to about 30 minutes, but it didn't turn off. Over two hours later, the room was blazing hot, and the timer was not moving. 2. We didn't have hot water Saturday morning. Early in the morning, we could hear water running for about 2 half hours straight in the adjacent or above unit. When we went to shower, we had no hot water! I'm guessing the water we heard running in the other unit for 2 hours uses the same hot water supply as our unit. Other than that, we like staying here.

Too expensive for off season

Beautiful resort in a great location! Only minutes away from Deer Valley Ski Resort and Park City Mountain! Super friendly staff! Very comfortable units with nice kitchen and rooms. The private hot tub on our deck was also amazing to relax in after a long day of skiing. Highly recommend this resort!

We stayed at Newpark over the weekend and had a memorial stay. Front desk was super helpful and we loved our room that had spectacular views of Swaner and had a hot tub on the deck. The room was super clean and beds comfortable. We love the pool that is both indoors and outdoors and has a sauna and hot tub. Lots of choices for good restaurants nearby. Can’t wait to stay here again!
