I have stopped here a few times and always end up on the 3rd floor with so many steps to get to my room.

Scenery is beautiful and hotel is very nice rooms are modern

I recently arranged a Celebration of Life family gathering at The Mill Hotel after my husband's funeral. I hired the Gainsborough Room, which is a very pleasant function room overlooking Sudbury meadows. The room was arranged for us very nicely and the buffet provided was excellent. There are three separate buffet menus to choose from at different prices to suit. Tea and coffee were available and a bar, should you require it. Everything was provided just as we requested and served and managed with respect, politely and professionally by Megan, Alex and the behind the scenes team. Thank you to Leanne, the events Manager, and everyone at The Mill for making the day much easier.

Bed, linen, towels, hospitality tray. Car parking, scenic location, craft beers.

Very poor lighting, dangerous steep steps, clothes storage. Poor restaurant menu. Grubby bar and restaurant area.
