I was staying for my daughters track meet and from moment one Elias at the front desk was so welcoming and engaging. Not knowing the area or the hotel any question I asked he was willing to answer or assist me. Huge kudos to him for providing great customer service.

Pool and hot tub were closed for construction. Was argued with from front desk saying that it was on the website, it was, but it took an hour to find it

Having full kitchens in every room was terrific!

It was extremely disappointing to find out upon arrival that the indoor pool was closed for renovation. This was not listed on the Booking.com site.
