This hotel is awesome!...we loved our room and the staff is courteous and super helpful...especially Sheridan...she was the BEST!...and I know good service because I'm Lifetime Diamond with Hilton...we would definitely come back to this property!

"Great place to stay"

The atmosphere is great. There is a great outdoor area with a pool. The bar and restaurant area are nice as well! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Su Hong always welcomes me with a smile and a warm greeting!

"MAYBE RETHINK THIS HOTEL"

This hotel is missing 2 of the 3 most important things: Good water temperature and a comfortable bed. Water switched from Cold to Scalding Hot in seconds. The bed was like sleeping in a Hammock -- dipped in the middle and no back support.

"DON'T CHARGE FOR PARKING!"

I've stayed here in the past and it's always been a fairly pleasant stay. That changed with this visit. Charging for parking for parking lot that you own is ridiculous. Especially when it's not secured and no protective covering. Even more ridiculous when you haven't been doing it in the past. They need to change this policy IMMEDIATELY
